The tiny blue topaz teardrops are all carefully attached to the silver chain and hand wrapped with sterling silver wire.
 
I’ve also made the length extendable by added a silver extender chain with a beautiful sterling silver heart charm on the end. The heart will add a pretty detail to the black of the neck.
