WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

 

RETURNS POLICY:

In order to return your jewellery within 30 days, please contact us via our contact form. You will need your order number (or at least your email address) and details of which items you'd like to return. Please note, buyer pays for return postage. We would advise you use a recorded method of posting the goods back to us. *Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings unless faulty.

SHIPPING

All orders are despatched within 1-3 days by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service. Just to ensure they are delivered safely to you and received into the correct hands. 

If your order is being made to order it will state that on the description of the item. 

Always message us and let us know if you need to receive an order super quickly and we will always try to help.

WHOLESALE

Do you supply wholesale? Yes, we supply wholesale to shops, and only to one shop within each county in order to help retailers. For example, we are a supplier for Ludlow Farm Shop in Shropshire, so would not be able to supply to any other shops in Shropshire.

The minimum order is £50. If you would like to register for wholesale.
